IH CNC Mill Tips and Production Notes

Production Notes

It is no secret that we at IHCNC & Machinery use our own Turnkey CNC Mills to produce our Turnkey CNC Mill and Conversions.  As such we have quite a few tips and tricks that produce huge increases in productivity, or finished part quality or both. Mill Tips and Production Notes are just that; a listing of tips and tricks that make things go better, smoother, easier...

Mill Tips and Production Notes are designed to be a general outline, not a step by step guide.  Because applications vary, as do options we offer for our Turnkey CNC Mills, you will need to make the proper decisions regarding the details and the application of the tips.

Keep in mind a few of the following things:

  • Our measurements WILL be different than yours, just because we drill a hole somewhere doesn't mean you should drill it in the same place, you might need to move it a little to suit YOUR application.
  • G-Code we offer is an example, do not run code from us (or anyone) without proofing it first for YOUR application.

  • WARNING:  Production Notes are a series of tips and tricks, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine the suitability of the information to your situation.
IHCNC & Machinery will not be held responsible for any damages or anything undesirable resulting from the use of this information.
  • Be Extremely Careful around any shop tools. Always Wear Safety Glasses!
