Every IH CNC Mill is hand assembled by us, fine tuned and then test run for at least 10 hours before being shipped.
Our Electronic control box is designed and manufactured in house and has the latest in high tech components and circuitry to give trouble free service for years.
The Optical Limit and Home switch's have a return accuracy of 0.0002" and are designed to withstand the harshest of environments.
The IH CNC Mill has Ground ways, X axis ball screw support bearings (it is 50 inches long) and a One Shot oiling system for the ball screws and ball nuts.
The computer we use is an HP DX 2400 XP Pro Tower with an Intel Duo Core Pentium processor. All of our hardware and software are installed and configured. The monitor is a 17" Acer flat screen.
The new IH Head is quiet and can easily run at 4000 plus RPM's for full cycle production runs with the optional VFD and Motor.
