Our 3 Axis Turnkey CNC Mill is just that. Wire it to 220v single phase, connect the computer and monitor and make chips. No assembly or setup needed.

The Turnkey comes complete with it's own HP DX2400 Micro Tower computer and
17" Acer Monitor. The Remote Electronics Box (for safety) is all connected and fully operational.

The IH CNC Mill is sealed for full flood cooling. Never a worry there.

Our Spindle RPM, R8 or optional NT30 is completely controlled by the operating system. With the manual ON/OFF switch and movable quill, rigid tapping, whether manual feed or with a SyncroFlex tap holder by Tapmatic, drilling, setting Z height and conversational CNCing are a snap.

Our 39.5" x 9.5" Table with our X-Y Extensions the Axis travels are
Y12.5"+ x X30.5"+ x Z20"+. As much or more than the average knee mill and with the 121/2" Full dovetail Z slide it has more than twice the side and Z loading power of the average knee mill. (side and Z loading-the strength to move in XY&Z without tool chatter or mill head shake).

The Spindle Lock makes tool changes quick and easy.
The One Shot oiler for the ball screws and ball nuts helps keep lube maintenance simple, especially on the 50" X axis ball screw.
